Happy 4th Birthday, Addi!

Stephanie and Chad's little girl turned four last week, and they had a pool/water slide/slip-n-slide party for her at their house. The little girls had a blast!! Addi took a break from the water slide so that I could snap a quick picture of her. Her adorable little brother, Luke, was a complete angel sitting in the shade in his Exersaucer. Taylor did not care to get in the water at all, but he thoroughly enjoyed himself in the toy car and playing with a few toys.

Spiderman

This morning, we took Taylor down to our new cul-de-sac and let him ride around on his new Spiderman toy. He had the best time with all of the wide open space. He also loved putting rocks and leaves (his favorite all natural toys) underneath the seat in the compartment. We will upload a cute video later this afternoon.

We are going to have to get a wagon and slide!

Last weekend we had a neighborhood cul-de-sac party and we discovered that Taylor loves to be in a wagon. He and our neighbor, AnnaKate, sat in it for quite a while and played with her toys. Another thing that he absolutely ADORES is the slide. He is a fearless little boy , and he prefers to go down the slide face first with his arms stretched out in front of him. Therefore, we are currently in the process of seeking out a durable wagon and slide for this summer!

What a great day!

We had a fantastic start to our weekend! This morning we went to our first Gymboree class and had a blast! Taylor was almost overwhelmed with all of the options that he had to play with. He slid down the slide, crawled through tunnels, crawled up inclines, walked across bridges, and at the same time he learned a little about patience and sharing. He was a little hesitant to participate in the class singing and activities, but he warmed up to it a little over time. I think that the more we go, the more comfortable he will feel. He absolutely wore himself out, and he fell asleep on the car ride home.

Once Taylor woke up from his nap, we took him downtown for a stroll and some ice cream. He was not keen on the ice cream, but he LOVED walking everywhere and watching all of the people. We were also barely able to get out of O.P. Taylor's and The Mast General Store without buying anything. We took him behind The Mast General Store and let him run around on the grassy area. We snapped some great shots as he explored. The wind was unbelievable, and his little blonde curls were blowing all over the place.

To the Zoo again!

We took Taylor back to the Zoo a few weekends ago. Again, he was fascinated with all of the animals. The highlight of this trip was feeding the goats at the petting zoo.
